While we may assist in exceptional circumstances with your server configuration, these interventions will be charged on the current market rate with 15 minute increments.

The following management services are NOT provided for free:
Server firewall configuration (iptables and others)
User and Service Management (Apache, Nginx, MySQL etc)
Internal Server Resource Usage Monitoring
Backups Management (if not ordered as a separate service)
